How have socioeconomic and geopolitical factors influenced the current social unrest in Ukraine?
This is a good starter question, but try and expand more by also asking why did these come about and how. That would make your essay much more interesting.
This is a really good topic that seems particularly interesting because of how you are relating it to current events. The only thing I would suggest would be switching the order of economic and political.
